What is the first thing that comes to mind when you talk about attraction? You would instinctively associate it with how “good-looking” people are more attractive. This book explains what it really means to be attractive and what are the factors that affect it.
There are many self-help books out there claiming to make you the most attractive man/woman. This book instead explains how attraction is primarily emotional in nature. It then goes on to illustrate the key factors that affect them.
There is not much to say in terms of predictability since we are talking about non-fiction. However, the topics that are covered in this book are intuitive in retrospect. Once you think about it, it does seem to make a lot of sense.
The author has used simple words to make sure that the meaning and the intent goes through clearly. In some cases, it felt redundant. I believe the idea was to get the message through clearly. The author has also used analogies and examples to explain how each factor affects attraction.
The Kindle edition is available at INR 296/- and the paperback edition is available at INR 1,226/-. While the paperback might be a bit steep, the kindle edition is definitely worth it, in my opinion.
The book has a lot to offer, and it is put entertainingly. Through his creative use of analogies, the author has successfully conveyed his ideas.
A strong focus on the topic, creative analogies, and a simple writing style make this book a good read. The author stays on the subject and doesn’t deviate. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to understand the basics of how emotional attraction works.
