@laurenkeenwriting tagged me in the Jenga stack challenge!! ๐ I have tagged a few of my favourite accounts to join in! ๐๐ฅณ (Sorry if you’ve already done yours!)
I feel like this was pretty easy – forgive me I’m still trying to build up my collection of the books I truly want to read!
My stack includes
-The fear bubble
-Conversations with friends
-Normal people
-Little women
-Eleanor Oliphant is completely fine
-Why I’m no longer talking to white people about race
-the flat share
Has anyone read these yet? I’m doing a buddy read with @livinginreview with the race book, and then hopefully @ems.reads_ when I read the flat share!! Who else is reading these?๐ฅฐ
๐๐ป I feel I’m genuinely becoming quite selective in the books I read, rather than reading any old book, and I honestly think that’s a good thing.
๐๐ปI know what I want from a book and I don’t want to not enjoy a read. I want a book to educate me, grip me, challenge me, or make me think!
๐๐ปThat may be controversial to those who love a romance, but soppy romantic stories just bore me.. I need a book to really tell a story! ๐ Over and out ๐๐ป๐
Thank you for the tag lovely! ๐๐
Thanks for the tag ๐
Iโve read 4 out of those 7! Eleanor oliphant is just incredible. I didnโt like either of the sally Rooney books but so many people love them. Why Iโm no longer talking to white people about race is a book every single person on this planet should read
Started reading the fear bubble, still got to finish it but so far so good
Oo impressive stack!! Can’t wait to try this out ๐คฃ๐ I’ve read Eleanor Oliphant, adored it! X
Thanks for the tag lovely! Some great titles in that stack ๐๐ป๐
Iโve read all of these except the Ant Middleton one & Why Iโm No Longer Talking To White People About Race – but theyโre on my TBR list ๐! Thanks for the fab lovely ๐๐ xxx
Thanks for the tag, I havenโt read any but have quite a few on my tbr list. I get what you mean about being selective I need to feel challenged by a book, I love it when thereโs a twist that I didnโt guess. Have you read Ant Middletonโs first book? X
