I work in digital marketing and the concept of Conversion Rate Optimisation (how many people land on a page vs how many people land on it and then buy something/make an enquiry) has always fascinated me.
What makes someone buy?
How are we wired to spend money?
How are we influenced as humans?
The author talks about why we do what we do online, how FOMO affects us and so much more around the psychology of what happens in our brains.
I’ll be reading this at some point.. maybe after my next read or dipping in and out of it.
